3' Marin Sierra Dome
The Marin Sierra Dome is 31 inches wide, side to side, 33 inches in depth, front to back & the dome itself sits 22 inches high. This Oven is a great addition to any back yard cooking area or indoor gourmet kitchen. This top performance oven has the capacity to Cook 33 pizzas per hour, a thin crust italian pizza cooks in 90 seconds, a nice thick steak cooks in 5-6 minutes. This Pizza Oven features a burner designed and produced specifically to re-create the flavor and cooking environment of a wood-burning oven. It can be used either as a propane-fueled oven, or as a propane-wood combo oven. Includes the propane quick BBQ hookup, terra cotta stained dome, black painted oven door, faux painted brick arch, granite mantel, 12" sheet metal stack and cap, fully self contained and assembled, weight category 1000#. The Dome only ovens are typically installed on a concrete block stand, and are set in place with mechanical equipment. Optional Stands are available. Temperatures can be controlled electronically, minimizing fuel consumption, while maintaining the optimal temperature.
