The Monterey Round oven cooks 65 pizza per hour, a thin crust pizza cooks in 90 seconds, thick steak in 5-6 minutes. Oven features include a stainless steel burner, safety and pilot assembly for natural gas or propane. Fabrication can be for residential or commercial use, with a choice of a steel wrapped dome for placement behind a wall or free standing housing or a terra cotta stained stucco finish, 18 stainless steel Class A Duravent chimney exhaust pipe and cap, travertine marble or black galaxy arch and mantel, painted black steel cabinet base w/nickel handle and 6 industrial lockable casters, concealed controls, black painted oven door, fully self contained and assembled.
