Our Ovens
To achieve an old world aura, consumers around the world are incorporating wood burning brick ovens into the design of their culinary world. The ovens are fast becoming the “centerpiece” by adding warmth, atmosphere, old-world cooking ambience and culinary achievement to your home or business. Once used for upscale pizza and breads, the brick ovens are now being used for roasting, braising and grilling a wide variety of foods including seafood, chicken, pork, lamb and beef dishes. The ovens vast temperature range makes it possible to cook pizza in two minutes and chicken and fish in eight minutes.


 
Standard oven sizes range from 28 inches to 84 inches in diameter.
Sizes accommodate outdoor & indoor settings, bistro, cafe & commercial kitchens.
Heavy duty steel stand, standard finish, black matte, custom finish stainless steel
Custom shapes, sizes and finishes made to order.
Thermostatically controlled temperature on gas and gas/wood ovens.
UL approved themostat control & burner.
